2.2 He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

IIRC, he can sign all the treaties he wants to, but they are not effective or binding upon the US until ratified by the Senate. This is the battle we currently have with CIFTA and the attempt to disarm American civilians. This is the battle we have with all of the "one-worlders" in power who want us to just be like every other country in the world...with dictators in power, and a ruling elite lining their pockets with taxpayer money.
But, what do I know??
Pax,
Newbius
New is right... it's just ONE MORE nail in the dems coffin IF the people of America will ever wake up... And CIFTA worries the hell outta me...
I have a bad feeling the great O will continue doing whatever he feels like doing, until someone smacks him upside the head with an impeachment hearing. He is going to get worse, a lot worse, before it ends.
