On the top of blogger, go to dashboard and hit "settings" then "format" and about a 1/4 of the way down the page you can select "time zone".
Been there, did that, didn't take. I think blogger is just a surf bum at heart.
Right, I checked it again and it was set for pacific. I'm an ijit.
